Chers clients et partenaires,
Les opérateurs mobiles français, sous le contrôle des autorités réglementaires et en collaboration avec leurs partenaires agrégateurs tels que LINK Mobility, renforcent les règles relatives à l’utilisation des identifiants d’expéditeur SMS (OAdC / Sender ID).
Ces nouvelles règles entreront en vigueur le 1er mars 2026.

Principales évolutions
1. Interdiction des termes génériques
Le champ émetteur ne peut pas être un terme générique (ex. : « alerte », « rdv », « boutique », etc.), sauf s’il correspond au nom d’une société, d’une marque ou d’un produit, sous réserve de justificatif valide.
2. Restriction des caractères autorisés
Le champ émetteur doit contenir uniquement des caractères alphanumériques latins :
Lettres A–Z / a–z
Chiffres 0–9
Tout autre caractère est désormais interdit: caractères spéciaux, caractères accentués, espaces, signes de ponctuation, alphabet non latin, mot générique.

3. Rappel des règles existantes

Le champ émetteur ne doit pas ressembler à un numéro de téléphone (pas uniquement numérique).
Il doit permettre une identification claire et immédiate de l’annonceur, de sa marque ou de son produit.
Les Sender ID « Strictement Interdits » (SI) restent bloqués.
Les Sender ID « Interdits Sauf Autorisation » (ISA) nécessitent une autorisation écrite et une validation opérateur.

Important
Tout Sender ID non conforme pourra être bloqué ou remplacé automatiquement par nos systèmes ou par les opérateurs français. Le non-respect de ces règles peut entraîner des pénalités financières.

Dear Customers and Partners,
French mobile network operators, under regulatory supervision and in cooperation with aggregators such as LINK Mobility, are strengthening the rules governing SMS Sender IDs (OAdC) in France.
These changes will come into effect on March 1, 2026.

Key changes
1. Generic sender names prohibited
Sender IDs may not consist of generic terms (e.g., “alert”, “appointment”, “shop”), unless they correspond to a registered company, brand, or product name and valid supporting documentation is provided.
2. Character restrictions
Sender IDs must contain only Latin alphanumeric characters:
Letters A–Z / a–z
Digits 0–9
All other characters are now prohibited: special characters, accented characters, spaces, punctuation marks, non-Latin alphabet, generic words.


3. Additional existing requirements (reminder)
Sender IDs must not resemble a phone number (cannot be numeric only).
Sender IDs must clearly identify the advertiser, brand, or product.
“Strictly Prohibited” (SI) senders remain blocked.
“Prohibited Unless Authorized” (ISA) senders require written authorization and operator validation.

Important
Non-compliant Sender IDs may be blocked or automatically replaced by our systems or by French operators. Non-compliance may result in financial penalties.
